The delivery will be between 5-6 days after payment confirmation by the customer and sent by courier between 24/48 hours.
Shipping to Spain and Peninsular are free on purchases from 40€. For purchases less than 40 € the shipping price is 3 €. Les Filos does not ship to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and abroad.
The following conditions are established: 1. Shipments are made by courier service TNT. 2. The shipping costs include in all cases the value added tax (VAT), but no other tax, fee, fee or charge. 3. It is understood as sending the delivery of items in address specified by the customer during the process of placing an order, taking into account the delivery zones limited as those listed above. 4. Les Filos delivery orders to the courier within a maximum period of 72 hours. We are not responsible for possible delivery delays caused by courier services.
Way to pay
Forms of payment accepted by Les Filos are: 1 PAYPAL. After the order has been confirmed, the customer will be taken to the PayPal website using such secure payment platform. Once the payment process made, the customer will be redirected back to lesfilosmarket.com. 2. TRANSFER: Once the order is confirmed, the customer will receive an email with Les Filos bank details account, to make the payment for the order.
The products will be sold at the price indicated, being valid the one specified at the time of the order confirmation by the customer.

Food product returns will not be accepted. If the return is due to causes attributable to Les Filos (defective product or not matching the description of the product purchased), Les Filos shall be responsible for picking up the products and/or changing them for the correct products, and shall bear the costs associated with this return and/or change.
If the return is due to causes not attributable to Les Filos, which are due to a change of opinion or mistake by the customer when making the purchase, then the customer shall be responsible for directly returning only the non food product(s) to us in perfect condition, with no undue delay and must not, under any circumstances, exceed the period of 7 calendar days after receipt of the products. In this event, please provide us with written notification sent to email@example.com stating the details necessary to locate the purchase and to comply with the period for returns, the notification concerning the return of the purchase must be sent before the corresponding deadline expires. Upon receiving your email, we will send you an email confirming receipt.
Les Filos shall refund the customer for all the payments received for non food products, except shipping costs. The customer must also bear the direct cost of returning the products.
Les Filos reserves the right to withhold the refund until the products have been received.
